White Bedside Table

Most white beside tables are made of mahogany and then painted white or of different colors. Many are made in the French provincial style, popular in France for hundreds of years. Many have elaborate designs on them, some are just plain white. Some are made of pine or oak and painted.

The white bedside table, sometimes called bed end table is great in a child’s room, especially that sweet little girl. She can put her books and secret things in the draw. They can match the bed as well. Some children’s white bedside table will be made of birch,

A bedroom is just not complete without the white beside table. It is great for holding books, a lamp for reading in bed and small personal items. Some even have pull out platforms for that laptop. A telephone can rest on it as well. Some have wheels where you can move it around if necessary. Somewhat like the ones you see in the hospitals but these are so much prettier and handsome.

These modern day white beside table come in many styles, some can be covered in an all white material with designs on the material. Made of plastic some are stackable. One way to make a white beside table more elegant is to add a glass top to it. That will certainly save the top of the table. Spills can be wiped up in a jiffy.

Something that is becoming quite popular is the suitcase white beside table. It is made from an old suitcase, the older the better. It is usually spray painted but it can be brush painted. Everything is painted on it, from the clasps to the handles. Then it is set on top of an old table, maybe a small flat table. You can still put what you want on top of it. It is really shabby chic looking and any teenage girl would want to have one in her room.

More common in boys bedrooms would be the two drawer white bedside table. Having two drawers instead of one, they hold more stuff that boys save.
